Welcome,
Brave New Mom!
This site is for you. You have done something amazing, and you deserve recognition, celebration, compassion, and admiration for all that you have been through and all that you do.
This is a community of brave, caring, nonjudgmental support for new moms. I hope that you will find some soothing, self-care, encouragement, and hope here among other new moms who are exploring a brave new way to do motherhood—without needing to sacrifice our own wellbeing or mental health. We are here when you just need to survive it, during the hard times. We are also here when you’re feeling excited! Or lonely, or scared, or joyful, or unsure. We are here for all of it. Welcome.

Where To Go From Here
You will find journaling prompts, mindfulness exercises, and helpful snippets from the book (Brave New Mom, to be released in April 2021). You will also find community forums on a number of topics relevant to you and your journey as a parent and whole, beautiful person. I hope you ultimately find some peace of mind, acceptance, and belonging—That’s what you most deserve.
We are always open to your thoughts and ideas on what will improve this community and the experience of new moms out there!
