Whew – we are hard on ourselves, mamas! Even when we do take a break, enjoy our work, or try something new, we might feel guilty about it or think we “should” be doing something more. Practice writing out your “mom guilt” thoughts and then change up the script to a more helpful, affirmational thought instead. Also drop a line of encouragement to anyone else you see taking this risk or if you can relate!*
