If you’ve already gotten into the book, you know that a lot of what we need to be aware of as Brave New Moms is how we’re talking to ourselves. Do we have a kind, caring inner voice, or a critical and harsh one? If our usual tone is less than compassionate, we might need to practice saying positive things to ourselves – over and over again, until we believe them!
